Gastrointestional
We provide dietary management, lifestyle changes, and nutritional supplementation to improve gut health. We collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. We treat the symptoms of IBD, GERD, celiac disease, and other digestive disorders. We help patients identify foods that are triggering their symptoms and ways to reduce symptom flares.

Pediatric & Adolescents
These services help children and adolescents develop healthy eating habits that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We work with families who may need guidance on common disorders for this age group such as picky eating, ADD/ADHD, eating disorders, undernutrition, and food allergies.

Cancer
Clients may receive guidance on how best to get the right balance of macronutrients, such as protein, carbohydrates, and fats; micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals; and other dietary components like fiber. We also provide guidance on how to maintain proper hydration, manage food intolerances, and adjust dietary habits based on individual symptoms related to common cancer treatments. We work alongside patient care teams to ensure collaborative care.

Food Allergies & Intolerances
We work with clients on a variety of topics related to food allergy management, including identifying potential allergens in foods and deciphering labels and ingredient lists. We educate clients on safe food alternatives and learn how to accurately monitor potential exposures. We guide special diets for food allergies and the principles of Low FODMAP, and elimination diets. Additionally, we offer education about cross-contamination prevention, restaurant safety, and strategies for preventing accidental exposure to allergens.

We assess current dietary habits, medical history, psychological well-being, and lifestyle patterns to create a personalized plan that is suited to their unique needs. Eating disorders require a team approach and we work with clients and their healthcare teams to ensure positive treatment outcomes. We recognize that the healing journey is different for everyone, so we may refer you to a higher level of care if our services are inadequate for your needs.
